At what time is the check-in ?

Regular check-in time is between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
If you plan to check-in with us later than 7.00pm please let us know if possible (fee might apply).

Sometimes we can arrange early check in, sometimes unfortunately not. But we can store your luggage and give you advice about things to do in the area.

When you place a booking or on the day of your arrival, do not hesitate to inform us with your approximate check-in time. It will help us prepare the best welcoming experience for you.

At what time is the check-out ?

Regular check-out time is before 11am.
If you wish to request a late check-out, let us know (fee might apply).

Is it possible to have an early check-in or a late check-out ?

Please get in touch with us if you would like to arrange an early check-in (before 4PM), a late check-in (after 8PM) or a late check-out (after 11AM and before 2PM).

This is subject to availability and will allow us to offer you the best experience.
– Early check-in fee : £10 per hour
– Late check-in fee : £10 per hour
– Late check-out fee : £10 per hour (before 2PM)

Why are you getting charged early check-in or a late check-out ?

In most hotels, guests get charged for late check-ins or check-outs in order to enjoy a little more sleep for example.

Aos Sí Lodges is a very small scale resort, we try to make sure every detail is perfectly taken care of for a smooth arrival and departure.

These fees represent a fair way to allow an extra staff on site, waiting for you if you need it for a late check in, or to organise the housekeeping team in case you need some rest and would like a late check out.

What is your cancellation policy ?

We are a small scale business with only 6 lodges, in an extremely busy area, so it’s definetely a good idea to book in advance.

However, we know that organising your holidays can be sometimes challenging, and that sometimes things do not go according to plan. That’s life!
Our cancellation policy is flexible: if you cancel 30 days in advance we will issue a full refund.

If you have to cancel less than 30 days in advance, we will try to find some new dates with you in order to reschedule your stay.

If you can’t reschedule your stay, we will refund 50% of the total amount.
Please note that cancellations with less than 14 days notice are not refundable.

How can I contact Aos Sí Lodges ?

How can I reach Aos Sí Lodges ?

Please prefer using Google Maps, Waze or Apple maps, and just type “Aos si Lodges” in the chosen one. This is the most accurate way to find us as Sat navs usually bring you to the wrong place.

Is there a parking available ?

Absolutely ! And it is even free 😉

Are pets allowed ?

Of course ! We are pets friendly and they are very welcome.
We accept dogs in our lodges. There is an extra fee of £20 per dog. Please not that it is strictly forbidden to leave your dog unattended in your lodge even for a short period of time.

Do you provide any Wi-Fi connection ?

Nope, we are a digital detox property. However there is an excellent 4G connection.

What if it gets cold ?

There are an electric fire and a radiator in each lodge.

What languages do you speak ?

We speak English, French and Spanish.

Is breakfast included as standard with all lodges / rooms ?

It’s up to you ! Breakfast is optional, just tick the option that will work the best for you during the booking process !

Our continental breakfast includes cereals, bread, pastries, spreads, fruits and fruit juices.

It is served as a continental breakfast hamper directly to the lodges. If you are staying in our house, the continental breakfast is served in the dining room, as there is not anywhere suitable to eat in the rooms.

If you have booked through a third party website, such as Booking.com or AirBnb, breakfast is not included.

Is the content of the mini fridge / minibar free ?

Yes ! Everything provided in the cabins is included in the room prices.
